Action steps: Keep a food journal for 3-5 days and see which foods are helping/harming your hormones. You can write down what you ate and how you felt before/during/after.  Do not worry about amounts, calories etc This is more about ingredients and listening to your bod. Golden Milk Latte
Heat the following ingredients in a small pot over low-medium heat:
1 cup non dairy milk
2 tsp sweetener
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp ground turmeric
1/8 tsp ginger
pinch of black pepper.

Use a small whisk to mix or add to a blender. Serve warm.
Option to add adaptogens like maca, ashwaghanda, reishi mushroom etc
